To answer this question, EAT gathered 37 of the planet's foremost experts who, for the first time ever, proposed scientific targets for what constitutes both a healthy diet and a sustainable food system.
How can the City of Toronto respond to this planetary call to action?
The City of Toronto invites you to a presentation, panel discussion and Q&A on the report from the EAT-Lancet Commission on Food, Planet, Health and how this can positively impact Torontonians.
