Seed Exchange Training
The demand for neighbourhood seed exchanges is growing fast! We're offering free training sessions for anyone interested in running an event that helps people gain access to heirloom, non-GMO seeds.
Join seedy veterans for a mock seed exchange and discussion about what makes a successful event. You will leave the training feeling confident in your ability to effectively organize seed exchanges in your community.
If you have a strong interest in seed saving, growing and community building, send an email to rhonda@torontourbangrowers.org. Please tell us briefly about your interest in and experience with gardening and why you'd like to attend the training.
If you can't attend this training, there will be other opportunities early in the new year in other locations across the city.
